If nothing else, you have to respect the boldness of Will.i.am’s C.4. Like a Kubrick film, a Jobs device, or the Homer the C.4 could only be created by a personality unhindered by any social, cultural, or financial restrictions. The conception and design of the C.4 took place in a vacuum created and encompassed by Will.i.am’s celebrity and proven financial return.

Because of this, the C.4 is a work of art, perfectly reflecting how one person perceives the world. And like many works of art, the C.4 has no practical purpose beyond this symbolic function.
